"I joined SoCode in July 2026 as an Associate Recruitment Consultant. I focus on recruiting across the U.S. tech market, working with both candidates and clients to help make the right connections. I spend most of my time talking to people, understanding what they're looking for, and matching them with opportunities that fit their skills and goals. I recruit in the U.S. tech market, which I really enjoy because it's such a fast-paced industry. There's always something new happening, and I like learning about different technologies while getting to meet people from all kinds of backgrounds. It's great being able to help someone land a role they're excited about. I grew up in Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I've always enjoyed meeting new people and building relationships, so recruitment felt like a career where I could do that every day while also challenging myself. When I came across SoCode, I really liked the team's energy and saw it as a great place to learn, grow, and start my career in tech recruitment." |
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
"You'll probably find me spending time with friends and family, grabbing coffee, trying new restaurants, or planning my next trip. I love getting outside when I can and I'm always up for exploring somewhere new."

"I'm originally from Tennessee but recently moved to New York. I love to travel and experience new places. I'm a big foodie and always looking for good restaurant recommendations."
