As the Managing Director of SoCode in the U.S., I joined the company in December 2025 to lead our expansion into this dynamic market. We specialize in recruiting top talent for the technology, engineering, and trading technology sectors across the United States. With over 12 years of leadership experience in U.S.-based recruitment firms, I’ve always been drawn to the tech space because of its rapid innovation, the opportunity to connect brilliant professionals with ground-breaking companies, and the real impact we make in driving business growth. What I enjoy most is the fast-paced challenge of matching niche skills to cutting-edge roles – it’s incredibly rewarding to see careers advance and teams thrive in an industry that’s constantly shaping the future.
A lifelong New Yorker, I grew up in Bayside, Queens – a tight-knit neighborhood that taught me the value of community and hard work. I earned my Bachelor’s in Business from St. John’s University and an Executive MBA from Hofstra University. Before joining SoCode, I served as Vice President at Digitive and Nigel Frank, building expertise in tech and digital recruitment. SoCode’s shared vision for relationship-driven, high-quality tech placements felt like the perfect next step to lead the U.S. expansion.
During the interview process, I was struck by how aligned the team is – from Richard and the leadership down; everyone shares the same passion and values, making it feel like a natural, seamless fit. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and focused on long-term relationships rather than short-term metrics, which allows me to build something meaningful in the U.S.
Career-wise, I’m excited to grow SoCode US into the leading specialist in technology recruitment across the market. On a personal level, it gives me the flexibility to cherish every moment with my young daughters, Valentina (3) and Michaela (1), and my wife – we’re doing our best to savor this precious time with them.
Weekends are all about family time with my wife and our two little girls, Valentina and Michaela. Outside of that, you’ll catch me at the gym, watching NBA basketball, or hanging out with my close-knit group of friends – I’m lucky to have a great circle that’s been there through everything.
